EPA Digital provides a web application and a Google Sheets add-on that connect to Google Ads, Display & Video 360 (DV360), Google Analytics 4 (GA4, Data & Admin), Bing(Microsoft), TikTok, and LinkedIn via OAuth 2.0 to read reporting data and, when explicitly requested by the user, write results to the active spreadsheet.
You must hold legitimate access to the Google accounts and properties you connect. EPA Digital does not grant additional privileges within Google; access is limited to the scopes you authorize.
You may use the service for your own analytics and reporting purposes. Prohibited uses include: (i) profiling or advertising beyond the stated scope, (ii) selling or transferring user data to third parties, (iii) attempting to bypass API limits or controls, and (iv) scraping or extracting data outside official APIs.
The service is provided on a best-effort basis. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, quota limitations, or upstream API changes outside EPA Digital's control.
You retain ownership of your data and outputs. EPA Digital owns the software, documentation, and brand assets of the service.
Use of data is governed by EPA Digital's Privacy Policy and Google's API Services User Data Policy (including Limited Use). EPA Digital publishes Privacy and Terms on the same verified domain and justifies requested scopes in the OAuth consent screen.

EPA Digital implements reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, secrets management with rotation, role-based access control (least privilege), and audit logging.
If applicable, fees and billing terms will be communicated separately. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
The service integrates with third-party APIs (e.g., Google Ads, DV360, GA4). EPA Digital is not responsible for changes, limitations, or outages of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EPA Digital's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the fees paid to EPA Digital during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability. EPA Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EPA Digital from claims arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights, except to the extent caused by EPA Digital's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
You may revoke permissions at any time through your Google account settings and/or request data deletion. EPA Digital may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraud, security risks, or legal compliance. Minimal logs may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
EPA Digital may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
